Publish State Legend

Click the next to the Publishing Status for a restaurant to view the Publish State Legend screen.

When the Publishing Status for a restaurant is one of the following, click Publish.

Publishing Status Description
Ready The menu is ready to publish.
Publish Cancelled You discarded your last publishing. You may publish again.
Reset by Admin The publishing has been reset by an FWH Administrator. You may publish again.
Publish Error There was an error publishing to SubwayPOS®, Remote Ordering, and/or other systems. You may try again; however, if you encounter the same error, you should contact support.

 

When the Publishing Status for a restaurant is one of the following, click Discard Publish.

Publishing Status Description
Apply Now The menu is waiting for approval at the POS.
Scheduled The menu has been scheduled for publishing at the specified date and time.
Discard Failed The previous publishing was unable to cancel. You may try again; however, if you encounter the same error, you should contact support.
